This is an Advisory Scheme designed for NRIs to make investment into secondary market and primery market.
In this Scheme we provide all the services as we are providing in Discretionary scheme except buying/selling decision. The decision are taken by clients and we just execute the same and we take care of all administrative works.

OUR CHARGES
We charge `5000/- + Serivce Tax 10.30% per year as our management fees. All other charges such as Delivery instruction challan charges on sale/purchase, share transfer charges (on physical shares if any ), buying/selling brokerage will be borne by client.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
We have placed on our website, all required demat account opening form documents like Membership Form, Bank A/c Opening Form, Power of Attorney, PIS Letter. Kindly fill up the same and send us with required documents as per checklist given below to enable us to open the necessary bank & demat account on your behalf.
Please send cheque/DD for `10,000/- from your NRE Account in your own name for opening NRE A/c and obtaining RBI permission ( US $ equivalent will also do) The transactions on repartiation basis will be carried out through this account.
Please send cheque/DD for `10,000/- from your NRO Account in your own name for opening NRO A/c and obtaining RBI permission. The transactions on non-repartition basis will be carried out through this account.
